We offer tailored AI solutions that include analysis of your processes, development of MVPs, implementation and integration of AI technology in your company. Solutions are always adapted to the individual customer rather than fixed standard packages.

We deliver strategic advice on AI implementation, process optimisation and digital transformation.
Training and Workshops
We offer workshops and training in AI technology and automation for companies and teams.
Acceptance and Use of Services
By using our website or entering into an agreement with us, you accept to:
- Use our services only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data
- Not reproduce, copy or distribute our content without permission
- Respect intellectual property rights
- Not use our services to harm or disrupt others
Agreements, Prices and Payment
Conclusion of agreement
A binding agreement is concluded when we have accepted your order and sent an order confirmation. All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and are excl. VAT unless otherwise stated.
Prices and Payment Terms
Prices may change without notice, but changes do not affect agreements already entered into. Payment must be made in accordance with the payment terms stated in the specific agreement. Typically payment is expected upon invoicing or according to an agreed payment plan.
Late Payment
In case of late payment we may charge interest in accordance with applicable Danish law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services in case of non-payment.
Intellectual Property
All rights to our website, software, solutions, documentation and other material belong to FlowNordics or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our services in accordance with these terms.
Customer content and Data
You retain all rights to data and content you submit to our services. By using our services you give us permission to use, process and store your data for the purposes of delivering the service.
Tailored Solutions
For tailored solutions developed specifically for you, ownership is typically agreed in the specific project contract. Standard solutions remain FlowNordics' property.
Service level and Support
We strive to deliver high-quality services, but we cannot guarantee that services will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Support level and service windows are defined in the specific agreement and may e.g. include basic support during the project period, extended support with longer opening hours or agreements on ongoing optimisation and monitoring.
Termination and Refund
Termination of agreement
Termination conditions are typically agreed in the specific project contract. For ongoing services, termination may be made with written notice in accordance with the agreement entered into.
Refund
Refunds are only given in special cases and in accordance with the specific agreement. For consulting services and developed solutions, "no refund" typically applies after project start unless otherwise explicitly agreed. For training and workshops, refunds may be given upon cancellation with sufficient notice (typically 14 days).
Liability and Disclaimers
Limited Liability
FlowNordics' liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the specific service in the last 12 months. We do not accept liability for indirect damage, loss of profit, data or other arising from use or failure to use our services.
Third-party software and Integrations
Our solutions may integrate with third-party software and services. We do not accept liability for third-party services or their availability. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have the necessary rights and licences for third-party services.
AI and Automation
AI technology may have limitations and may produce inaccurate results. It is the customer's responsibility to review and validate output from our AI solutions. We do not accept liability for decisions or actions based on AI-generated output without human review.
Data and Privacy
Our processing of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services you accept our data processing in accordance with the privacy policy.
You are responsible for ensuring that data you submit to our services is lawfully collected and that you have the right to share it with us. You must also ensure that data does not contain sensitive information unless necessary for the service and agreed with us.
Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to change these terms. Material changes will be communicated via our website or email. Continued use of our services after changes is considered acceptance of the new terms. For existing agreements, the terms that were in force at the time of conclusion apply unless otherwise agreed.
Dispute resolution
We strive to resolve any disagreements through dialogue. If a disagreement cannot be resolved, the following applies:
- These terms are subject to Danish law
- Any disputes must first be resolved through negotiation
- If negotiation is unsuccessful, the dispute may be brought before Danish courts
- The Copenhagen City Court has jurisdiction unless otherwise follows from Danish law
Force Majeure
We do not accept liability for failure to fulfil our obligations if this is due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, war, pandemic, cyber attacks or lack of access to necessary services from third parties. In such cases we will do our best to minimise the consequences and resume services as soon as possible.
